How it works
Book your virtual health consult in 3 easy steps.

Create a TapLabs account
Download the TapLabs mobile app or go to the
online booking portal. Enter name, email address and password to create an account.

Book an appointment
Select ‘Virtual Health Consult’ from service menu and complete a brief health questionnaire. Click ‘Schedule for Later’ to secure a date and time of your choice.

Connect with a nurse practitioner
A nurse practitioner will reach out by telephone to discuss your health care needs and determine the most suitable course of action, including reasonable lab workups.
Did you know?
Virtual health consult fees may be claimed as a health expense with your annual tax return and may qualify for reimbursement under a Health Spending Account or private insurance offering extended health benefits.
